Take a bath daily:

By taking bath on daily basis, you can be protected from germs and harmful diseases. When you come home after your work place, you carry many germs from your surroundings, hence taking bath is the necessary step to be hygienic and healthy. Bathing daily with anti- bacterial soap and with warm water prevents body odor because it kills the odor-causing bacteria. Skin infections and allergies can also be reduced by carefully washing the affected areas of the body.

Hand wash:

The first thing that you carry and receive germs from is the hands. Regular hand wash keeps you away from harmful germs. Many diseases like cold, flu, diarrhea and other diseases can be carried away by dirty and unhygienic hands. Hand wash is a must thing:

  • After coming from toilet
  • Before and after eating food
  • After coming in contact with ill person
  • After being in contact with pets

You can stop the spread of illness-causing germs by washing your hands frequently with water and anti-bacterial soap.

By brushing your teeth before go to bed and after waking up in the morning is essential for your dental care. Head lice is also very common among girls having long hair. Make sure you shampoo and condition your hair at least once a week so that it helps your scalp clean and prevent head lice.

Hygienic clothes:

Many people carry germs on their clothes from their surroundings. Clothes should be changed regularly for a good personal hygiene. Before going to work and after coming home from work, clothes should be changed so that germs and impurities are carried away to the laundry.

Eating hygienic food:

Fresh fruits and vegetables should be the priority for a healthy lifestyle. Fresh milk is also very good for the daily nutritious life. Clean water is the basic necessity for the hygienic life.
